Full Job Description :

Train, develop & deploy a team of Sr CSA/CSAs.

Report & improve on performance levels of team members.

Schedule staff in line with expected call volumes.

Collect, collate & analyze statistics.

Attrition control.

Update customer information.

Job Location : Pune

Interview Days : Monday to Saturday

Interview Time : 10am to 5pm
