- Bank Correspondence as required
- Preparation of cheques for Salaries, Expenses etc.
- Entry in Tally - vouchers of cheques prepared
- Retrieval of Cash / Bank Payment vouchers as required.
- Participate in Closing of Books & Budget Preparation, as required.
- Maintain Cheque Book Record
- Petty Cash Voucher Preparation & entry in Tally
- BRS Daily/Weekly/Monthly

Job Description

Designation: ASSOCIATE SALES CONSULTANT
Organization : NIIT
Salary: Depending on Experience

Location: Kolhapur, Indore, Gwalior ( Any one Location )

Past Experience/Skills Required (Mandatory) Min 1 - 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN SALES, PREFERABLY IN EDUCATION INDUSTRY

Increasing Business through bringing in new schools and there by achieving the budgeted revenue and number of schools.

Role & Responsibility

1. Understand customer requirement / be able to position the right products (Product Mix) in consultation with the BDM
2. Build relationship and rapport with the customer.
3. Qualification of school based on the SPEED process.
4. Generating and enrolling Budgeted number of schools into the NIIT@ SCHOOL program.
6. Collection from the customer / school.
7. Getting the agreement generated by the organization and signed by the customer.
8. Building relationship with the customer.
9. Reporting no. of calls per day, funnel stage, updating and maintaining Sales MIS daily.
10. Organizing local marketing events to create and move funnel in consultation with BDM.
11. Finalization of agreements with school
12. Revenues realization by implementing revenue funnel process
