 Job Profile :

• Answer calls of customer regarding the GPRS issue and provide them with excellent Customer Service
• Need to document every call with regards to the Call log.
• Need to provide callbacks if required to assist the customer.
• Need to be professional.
• Should have the desire to learn.

Requirement :

• Required people with good comm. skills.
• Qualification should be minimum 12^th pass or 10^th + 3 Years Diploma.
• In case of BE/B Tech Candidate should have minimum 3 arrears and aggregate not more 60%.
• They should have basic computer and internet & GPRS knowledge.
• Minimum 18 years of Age.
• Ready to work in any kind of shifts (Male).
• Female should be ready to work for 9 Hrs in a Day from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm window.

 

Qualification:

1.       Min PUC Pass (No Backlog).

2.       10th + 3 Yr Dip (No Backlogs).

3.       Graduates.(BA/B.Com/B.sc/BBM)

4.       BE/B Tech: Aggregate less than 60% & should have 2 arrears.
