1. Following-up in-bound telephone enquiries, walk in prospects and emails enquiries.
2. Arranging appointments via Internet Leads.
3. Cold calling up qualified sales prospects.
4. Delivering vehicles to customers.
5. Able to multi-task 
6. Excellent Communication skills in Hindi, English; verbal and listening skills 
7. Able to interpret needs and articulate best responses 
8. Able to deliver good rebuttals 
9. Good command of grammar and spelling 
10. Able to mirror the caller's style
