KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AREAS:
 Conduct one-on-one meeting with the Management to authenticate/validate training gaps
 Conduct one-on-one meeting with a sample of the target participant group to authenticate the management's concern regarding training need
 Research, Design and Develop PowerPoint Presentations for delivery purpose
 Research, Design and Develop Role Plays, Case Studies, Speaker notes, Participants activities, Workshop Workbooks, Facilitator's Manual for workshop purpose
 Plan & Facilitate Induction Program, Behavioral & other functional programs
 Monitor and review the progress of trainees through discussions with managers & concerned facilitators
 Ensure that statutory training operations requirements are met
 Evaluate training and development programs post delivery
 Amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment
 Assist with the development and implementation of various assessment & measurement tools and techniques for skills mapping and post-training evaluation
 Undertake any other tasks assigned by Safeducate management vis-à -vis the purpose of the position
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Knowledgeable in Skilled in Attributes
 Basics of Training & Development theory & practices
 SCM & Logistics concepts & practices
 Latest in Business  Excellent Presentation skills
 MS Office Word, Excel & PPT  Result oriented approach
 Attention to detail
 Effective Communicator
 Excellent Interpersonal skills
 Flexibility/ Pro-change oriented
Additional requirements:
 The ideal candidate should have his/her own personal laptop
 The ideal candidate should have his/her own conveyance
 Willingness to travel extensively to different parts of India
 Willingness to relocate temporarily for various projects
Salary - Rs. 1.8 lacs pa
Working Days: 6 days working (Monday to Saturday) 9-30am to 5-30pm
