Role Summary/Purpose:
 
The role has HR functional responsibility and strategic management for building the commercial organization across different locations. 
 
Essential Responsibilities:
• Partnering with the Business Heads in providing HR leadership, strategic HR direction to define roles and design the organizational structure for Water business teams

 Mathurabihari Das: o nome deste baba é Hanuman Das Baba, ele vive em Vrindavan e tem mais de 170 anos. Enquanto fazíamos o parikrama de Vrindavan S.S. Indradyumna Swami tomou as bênçãos dele. Este Baba nasceu em Jhansi na Índia por volta de 1850 e deixou sua casa e veio para Vrindavan se tornar devoto. Ele fundou uma maravilhosa Gosala onde 1000 vacas são servidas. Sua mãe servia a rainha de Jhansi que morreu por em 1857, nesta época ele estava presente.

Jahnava Nitai Das: Uma vez perguntei a este Baba quantos anos tinha. Ele respondeu que não conseguia se lembrar de sua idade, mas recordou que tinha 12 anos quando Jhansi Rani lutou com os ingleses.
