Job Description or Role Brief:
Troubleshooting Hardware/Networking/OS related queries of our Global Customers over phone which involves working in different time zones ,
Take calls from Global customers and initiate the right response, positively and professionally,
Provide remote solutions to problems, probe problems and explain the solution in such a way that non-technical users understand
Will support clients in the US and UK region.
Assist on the queries of Clients IT/Software products and give resolution within the given SLA.
Should be willing to work for 24/7 (Rotational) environment.
Should be able to join on immediate basis.
