Infosys Bpo, fully owned subsidy of Infosys Limited is conducting a recruitment drive in INDORE for various profiles on 4^th June 2014.

CISCO Data Process  - Data Analyst & Finance & Accounts Associate

1. Need resources who are good in communication.
2. Can write grammatical correct English.
3. The resources will be primarily working on chat and emails.
4. Resource must be flexible for working in night shifts.
5. Location of training will be Mysore.
6. Experience – 0 to 3 years of experience.
7. Plain graduates like Bcom, BBA, BA, BSC etc. (BE / B.tech No eligible)
8. SALARY Range – 1.5 Lacs to 2.00 Lacs

2. External JD for Technical Support Officer – JL2A:

1. Should have good understanding of SDLC phases (System Development Life Cycle) and different documentation, milestones
2. Candidates with minimum 1+ year of relevant technology experience and No Fresher profiles.
3. Minimum 1.8+ year of relevant industry experience of either of the streams mentioned below

ü  Stream 1: Microsoft technology - Dot net – VB.Net, Asp.Net, C#.Net with minimum 2 projects on .NET Framework 4.0.

ü  Stream 2: Java technology - Java, J2EE, Struts, Spring MVC design Pattern with Hibernate.

4. Good knowledge of Tools such as Remedy, HP SM or any service management tools for support profiles.
5. All positions are at Night shifts, Resources should be ready to work in night shifts starting after 7pm and might require relocation
6. Excellent Communication skills.
7. FSI Domain certifications will be added advantage.
8. Knowledge in MS Office (Excellent in MS Excel) and MS Access
9. Only Bsc/Msc (computer science), BCA/MCA profiles. No BE/B.Tech/Diploma profiles.
10. SALARY Range – 2.25 lacs to 3.25 Lacs

3. Voice

1. Excellent oral communication skills.
2. The resources will be primarily working on Voice support and customer care.
3. Resource must be flexible for working in night shifts. Location of training will be Mysore.
4. Experience – 0 to 3 years of experience.
5. Plain graduates like Bcom, BBA, BA, BSC etc. (BE / Btech No eligible)
6. SALARY Range – 1.75 lacs to 2.20 Lacs

 

Interview Process and Venue –
1. Aptitute Test (basic test checking your knowledge and also for technical profiles technical question will be their)
3. HR interview (preparation topic – your introduction, what is BPO, Why you want to Join Infosys, Long term career plan etc.)
4. Technical Interview (telephonic interview checking your knowledge Technical & Non Technical)
