Technical & Non-Technical Support Associate (Voice) required with the following skill set:
Opening for Technical & non-technical Customer Support Voice
Excellent Spoken English skills is a MUST
Sound Technical Skills - Windows OS, MS Office, Knowledge of computer hardware, network and Internet services
Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
Ability to analyze and solve customer queries over the phone ( INBOUND, NO SALES )
Lucrative Salary & Incentives ( Rs. 9,000 - 15,000 Take Home + Performance Incentives + Free Pick & Drop with Security etc. )
5 days/week ( 2 Week Offs )
Free Pick-Up & Drop facility provided with Security Guard (As Per Company Policy)

Undergraduates & Graduates in any stream
18-45 years of age
