Roles and Responsibilities:
• Support customers via phone, mails Responsible for resolution of issues faced by the customers.
• Identify opportunities for sales (where applicable) and offer the right solutions to the customers.
• Quickly and accurately perform multitasks like talking, listening, documenting information, seeking information and problem solving.
• Work effectively as a team member and facilitate cooperative environment to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Identifying leads from internet (US and other foreign clients) and approaching them through emails/calls.
• Work cooperatively with developers and marketing team to learn and document detailed aspects of existing
• and new product / project features.
• Lead and develop the online Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives and social media strategy keeping with the brand vision.
• Online marketing, email marketing.
• Content Writing.
Required Qualification:
• Minimum Educational Qualification รข€“ Graduate/under graduate in any Stream.
• Excellent Verbal / Written Communication skills.
• Flexibility with Rotational and Night Shifts.
• Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches.
• A good team player with desire to learn, perform and grow.
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
• Basic technical awareness is a plus but not a requirement.
