Job Description
The
Support Engineer is responsible for installing and servicing the
systems in the most efficient and effective manner to assure minimum
down time and maximum performance. All installations and service must
meet the highest quality standards set forth by VizExperts. The Support
Engineer is responsible for communicating the customer problems with the
Application Engineering Team.

- Software Installation at customer site
- Software Upgrade at Customer site
- Hardware Installation at Customer site
- Hardware Upgrade at Customer site
- Support Engineer should be good user of the VizExperts Software
- Will Accompany Engineers for technical demonstration
- Will Create and maintain the databases for the software
- Will Create and maintain the demo hardware
- Customer Software training.
Qualifications
BE , BTech, ME from reputed universities.

- Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well organized.
- Superior customer service skills to deal with both internal and external customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse groups.
- Proficiency in the use of personal computers including such programs as MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to demonstrate planning, organizing and implementing skills which allow the successful completion of a project by a specific due date.
- Must be able to effectively handle stressful situations.
- Must be able to read and effectively interpret general business documentation.
