Job Description The Support  Engineer is responsible for installing and servicing the systems in the most efficient and effective manner to assure minimum down time and maximum performance. All installations and service must meet the highest quality standards set forth by VizExperts. The Support Engineer is responsible for communicating the customer problems with the Application Engineering Team.

Please note the essential functions may vary depending on department size, organizational structure and/or geographic location. Where the term supervision or management is used this will always be regarded as a fully participatory role.

• Software Installation at customer site
• Software Upgrade at Customer site
• Hardware Installation at Customer site
• Hardware Upgrade at Customer site
• Support Engineer should be good user of the VizExperts Software
• Will Accompany Engineers for technical demonstration
• Will Create and maintain the databases for the software
• Will Create and maintain the demo hardware
• Customer Software training.

Qualifications BE , BTech, ME from reputed universities.

• Must be able to effectively handle stressful situations.
• Must be able to read and effectively interpret general business documentation.
