Tech Support in Dell

Technical Support:
Troubleshooting for technical issues related to computers faced by Dell customers in India .
Tech Support will be primarily on software & Hardware issues in Desktops, Laptops & other 

Location : Mohali
Experience: 0 to 2 yrs
Education: (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required)

Desired Candidate Profile:
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Should be open to work in rotational shifts in a 24 by 7 environment.
Should have excellent English.
Should be open for Chandigarh / Mohali in case of outstation candidates.(provided)

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Graduates in any (10+2+3)
Undergraduates with at least 12 months international Call Center18 months of domestic call center / 24 months of any other work experience .
Candidates with Customer Service background interested in Tech support can also apply
