ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES (PUNE BASED) WILL BE CONSIDERED
Contract (3rd party) role with Vodafone India as part of the Recruitment team. The role involves:
A) POST OFFER FOLLOW-UP:
1. Post offer followups with candidate to ensure higher engagement levels and facilitate smooth transition.
2. Ensure Reference check and Pre-employment Medical check process is complete before the candidate is on-boarded.
3. Be the sounding board for the Resourcing team for any possible dropouts.
4. Address queries from candidates and provide Relocation assistance
5. Liaise with all concerned departments (HR/Admin/IT) to ensure readiness before the candidate joins and maintain necessary MIS.
B) EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM
1. Be the custodian for driving the Employee referral program
2. Post Open positions from time to time and manage responses received against the same.
3. Ensure visibility and awareness of the Referral program
4. Maintain a database of Open positions (on the Referral shared folder) and the Profiles received.
