ROLE:
Supporting the projects in the following areas -
* Project Management - Activities related to Project initiation, Risk management, project monitoring and controlling.
* Software Development Life Cycle Management - Activities that enable projects across Deloitte to follow guidelines set for design, coding, testing etc.
* Support Management - Activities that support development and maintenance projects e.g. Configuration Management, Quality Assurance, Decision Analysis and Resolution
* Process Management - activities related to planning, monitoring, deploying Innovations, setting organization level metrics objective, establishing, releasing process performance baselines, implementing and improving processes
* Knowledge Repository - covers all the best practices, Innovations, Training content, sample deliverables, organizational risk database, organizational tailoring register & process performance baselines for all service lines
Should have Software Quality Assurance\Implementation experience on High Maturity Process areas of CMMI framework/ knowledge of various Quality frame works and project Management models
Evaluate the process compliance
Track the metrics of the projects
Facilitate in performing causal analysis and resolution meetings at identified intervals
