ONGC is looking for promising, energetic and young Engineers/ Geo-scientists, MBAs amd CAs with bright academic record to join the organization in the pay scale of Rs. 24900 – 50500/- with an increment rate of 3% per year along with other allowances :
Post Details:
Graduate Trainees (GET) as Class-I Executives : 419 posts
(UR-193, OBC-124, SC-83, ST-19 ) (in the following disciplines – Drilling-34, Mechanical-25, Instrumentation-22, Production-38, E&T-38, Civil-33, Cementing-21, Chemistry-28, Geology-49, Geophysics (Surface) – 42, Geophysics (Wells) – 45, Reservoir-35, Finance & Accounts – 5, Programming-9 and Security-5).
Special Recruitment Drive for Graduate Trainees (GET) as Class-I Executives : 40 posts (SC-28, ST-12 ) (in the following disciplines – Drilling-6, Mechanical-7, Instrumentation-1, Production-7, E&T-3, Civil-2, Cementing-1, Chemistry-4, Geology-3, Geophysics (Surface) – 2, Geophysics (Wells) – 3, Reservoir-1).
AGE LIMIT: As on May 21, 2010 for all posts except Drilling and Cementing: 1.Gen.-30 Years, 2.
OBC (Non- Creamy Layer) – 33 Years 3. SC/ST- 35 Years and 4. PC – 40 Years for Gen, 43 years for OBC & 45 years for SC/ST category.
For Drilling and Cementing: As on May 21, 2010 1. Gen. – 28 Years, 2. OBC (Non Creamy Layer)
- 31 Years and 3. SC/ST – 33 Years.
Application Fee : Rs. 500/- for General / OBC Candidates and Rs. 100/- for SC/ST/PH candidates is to be deposited in ONGC Powerjyoti A/C Number 30827318409 of SBI. Payment is to be made as per the designated process only.
Selection : Eligible candidates will be required to appear for written test on 20/06/2010.
