अनुमानित कितने समय परपहुँच जायेंगी , अगर
कॉल
नहीं भी लगती या कोइ नहीं उठाता फिर
भी ऐसा दिखाएँ
की आप वास्तव में ये डिटेल्स बता रही हैं
किसी को ! अब
वो आपको सुरक्षित एवं सावधानी पूर्वक घर
छोड़ने पर विवश
होगा (A potential attacker is now yourde

२-अगर ड्राईवर किसी अनजान जगह ऑटो ले
जाता प्रतीत हो ,( you
feel you are entering a danger zone)-
=> अपने पर्स
का हत्था या अपना दुपट्टा लीजिये और पीछे से
उसके गले
में फंसा की जोर से खींचिए वो थोड़े ही देर में
ही वो असहाय
हो जायेगा , फिर उतर के भाग
लीजिये ....या अगर दुपट्टा नहीं है
तो उसकी कॉलर ही खूब जोर से पकड़ के खींच
लीजिये !!
३-अगर रात में आपका कोई पीछा कर रहा है ---
=>तो पास के किसी घर या दूकान में घुस जाइए
औरस्थिति बताइए ,अगर रात
ज्यादा हो गयी हो और पास कोई
एटीएम बॉक्स हो तो वहां चले जाइये..अक्सर
शहरों में वहां गार्ड्स
होते हैं या फिर कैमरा तो होता ही है,और पहचाने
जाने की डरसे
कोई भी अटैक करने की नहीं सोचेगा !!
४-जब कोई अपरिचित आदमी आप पर
हमला करने की कोशिश करे,और
आप घर में अकेली हो --
=> बाथरूम /बेडरूम /ड्राइंगरूम में घुसने के
बजाय किचेन के तरफ भागिए
क्यूंकि आपको पता हैकी चाक़ू कहाँ है
या पिसा मिर्चा या बेलन ,कुकरकहाँ रखा है
जिससे आप भी उस पर
अच्छा खासा हमला कर सकती हैं या कम से कम
बर्तन ही फेंक के मार
सकती हैं ! और चिल्लाइये तो ज़रूर ,एक ऐसे
हमलावर की सबसे बड़ी दुश्मन
आपकी चीख होतीहै ,
क्यूंकि वो भी नहीं चाहेगा की वो पकड़ा जाए !
५-अगर लिफ्ट में आप अजीब महसूस करें
किसी आदमी की उपस्थिति तो ---
=>लिफ्ट में घुसने के बाद अगर
आपको १३वि मंजिल पर जाना है तो सारे
बटन दबा दीजिये १३ तक के ,इस तरीके से
लिफ्ट हर फ्लोर पर खुलेगी और
कोई हमला करने की सोचेगा भी नहीं !
