6.    Spot applications. Even those deserving candidates with good track record, who could not apply for the UES-25in time, may apply now. Spot applications will be accepted from interested and eligible candidates.COPY OF THE BLANK APPLICATION FORM IS AT THE END OF THIS LETTER AND THE SAME MAY BE PRINTED OUT AT YOUR END, FOR FILLING UP BY SUCH CANDIDATES. 7.    Tentative Programme. The tentative programme is as under :-

(a)      Assembly of all prospective candidates – 0830 hrs.

(b)      Initial presentation by the Team – 0900 hrs onwards.

(c)      Group discussion.

(d)      Personal Interview.

8.    Administrative Requirements, (Selected Venue MIT Only) You are requested to ensure the following :-

(f)       Audio-visual equipment for PowerPoint and Video presentations.

(g)      Microphones ( Collar / Cordless).

(h)      Display boards and Notice arrangements.

(i)        Room for Group Discussion( approx 20 Seats).

(j)        Room for Personal Interviews.

(k)      Small office / space for documentation and clerical work.

(l)        Sundry administrative support in terms of Notice Boards,printers, writing pads, writing material, drinking wateretcfor the entire strength of attendees.

1.         Only the candidates recommended by the Screening Team of Command HQ will be called for SSB Interview.

2.         In case the engineering stream of the candidate is not listed in the vacancies notified and candidates desire to claim equivalence, they may produce equivalence certificate of the concerned universities for the purpose and candidate will be permitted to appear interview at their own risk.  Recruiting Directorate will examine the case for acceptance based on the certificate issued by the concerned university for equivalence.
