Responsibilities

Recruitment:

* Handle recruitment for the Southern Region as per budgeted plan.
* Would be resposnible for bulk hiring for the region
* Ensure appropriate sourcing mix.
* Ensure process compliance with HDFC Bank policy with respect to staffing.
* Induction & Training
* Ensure new joinees are inducted and nominated for training sessions
* Engagenent Initiative
* Drive employee engagement initiatives for the Northern region
* Conduct Open Forums
* Attrition Management
* Conduct Exit Interviews
* Manage attarition for the region
* Analyse attrition to identify problem areas
* HR Operations
* Ensure 100% compliance with HR operations like salary coverage,confirmations
 , exit interviews .
* PMS
* Coordinate for PMS to enxure coverage and ensuring that process is completed
* Rewards and Recognition
* Drive the rewards and recognition program for the region.

Requirements

* Candidate must possess at least a Master in Business Admin/
Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate
 Program in Management in Business Studies/Administration/
Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is 
required for this position.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Customer Service or 
equivalent. Job role in Management or equivalent.
* 1 Full-Time positions available.
