Eligibility Criteria:
· 2013 batch of B.E / B. Tech / M.E / M. Tech / MCA / MS
five years integrated degree students belonging to CSE / IT / ECE / EEE / EIE /
E&E / Applied Electronics / Computer & Technology / Electrical / ETE /
ICE / Software Engg only.
· Consistent academic record of a minimum of 70% in X, XII,
UG and PG (if applicable) considering all subjects
· No standing arrears
· Open only to Indian nationals
Compensation:
· Annual total compensation during probation: INR 301,500;
including a target annual incentive of INR 20,000. The target annual incentive
will vary on the associate’s performance and that of Cognizant. Associate has
to be on Cognizant rolls as on date of payout.
· On successful completion of the probation period, clearing
of Dovetail examination and subject to the associate being a part of delivery
project, the annual total compensation will be revised to INR 335,000.

After applying online, the candidate is required to download the system generated Registration Slip with
unique registration number and other essential details. After making
payment as indicated below candidates must fill payment details in the
website after log in. Only after this application process is complete.
The candidate must print Registration Slip with payment details for
showing in interview. Otherwise the application is incomplete and liable
for rejection. For Log in, the Registration Number will be Log-in ID
and date of birth is password.
