Job Description :
1. Work with the Finance manager at the UK head office on book closure(monthly/quarterly)and ensuring standards as required by the parent, support all standard and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
2. Provide analysis w.r.t the performances on various metrics by the use of available data sources, highlight variations and analyze trends.
3. Co-ordinate reporting activity amongst various regions and ensure timely submissions.
4. Support the finance manager and CFO with financial performance numbers and work on ad-hocs explaining region-wise performance as the need may be. Involves interactions with CFO and regional heads.

Full Job Description :
* CA/ Business degree with specialization in Finance
* Prior work experience in the finance domain importantly FP&A with an ability to analyze trends/performance, highlight variation.
* Proficiency in Ms-Excel, Ms-Access, Ms- Word, Hyperion
* Ability to grasp finance and business concepts, and derive insights from data gathered.
