Job Description :
• Individually contributing to architecture, design, coding deliverables as required by the project/program.
• Work closely with the business team to understand requirements, scope definition.
• Ensuring all development meets business requirements and is delivered fully tested and as per development plan
• Reviewing technical design by understanding the detailed technical specification and impacted applications, implement the solutions
• To ensure consistency of technology usage across a program, by continuously reviewing existing toolsets and code, suggesting re-use of components and ensuring the design of new components allows for potential reuse
• Providing technical leadership to the team in order to produce system designs and code that is scalable, robust, reusable and flexible

Full Job Description :
• Proven track record with a BE / M Tech / MCA
• 7+ years of application development experience with minimum 4+ years hands on Java/J2EE applications
• Must have produced end to end designs for at least 2 complex J2EE enterprise applications
• Must have worked in at least 2 complete Software project life cycle projects
• Must have developed atleast 2 J2EE applications using WebSphere Portal, WebSphere Process Server & WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus
• Experience of developing applications for deploying on WebSphere Application Server and developing reusable services for enterprise wide deployment
• Strong OO design and UML experience, Knowledge of architecture and application patterns
• In depth knowledge of various Java/J2EE design patterns
• Hands on expertise in Core Java and J2EE
• Expert knowledge level J2EE - JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML/ JSON, JDBC, JMS, JSF, Web Services
• Java technical Certifications is Preferable
