Manager - Sales planning, Xiaomi India Responsibilities: • Work on predicting demand of new/running Xiaomi products in the market • Identify steps to meet the sales target of the company • Identify potential of each channel to do stock planning and inventory management • Develop competitive pricing strategies and incentive schemes • Study market and business trends to accurately align demand and supply • Process and interpret complex and large volumes of data from different sources and generate results aligned with business objectives Qualifications: • 7+ years of experience in analytics preferably in ecommerce or technology domain • Very good understanding of Database/Data Warehousing Features (SQL*Server, Oracle, DB2 etc.) • Good communication skills • Good with numbers Mail CV at deepaachuthan@xiaomi.com
